High Efficiency Low-Temperature Extrusion System

The JWS50/28 special single-screw extruder is equipped with a custom screw structure for cold push process, which accurately controls low-temperature plasticization of PP/PE/PA6 to avoid yellowing of nylon caused by high-temperature degradation, delivering stable and uniform extrusion output.
Temperature Control and production capacity:Dual temperature control (4-zone ceramic heating 16kW + fan cooling), хайлшин ган шураг (≥HV740) and honed barrel (≥HV940) in precision fit guarantee strict melting range control and reduce internal stress. Capacity 15-25kg/h for 650mm cold push board.
Precision Tempering & Shaping Process

Exclusive tempering plate with precision temperature control adapts to low-temperature shaping of PP/PE/PA6 thick boards for stable dimensions and high flatness.Setting plates: 700×850×70mm (45# steel) and 1700×850×70mm (aluminum), ~4-zone heating, matching экструдер output; multi-cavity molds (16/12/10/6/4) support Φ5-300mm bars with traction speed adjustable in real time.
Closed-Loop Continuous Production: It fully realizes the continuous operation of the entire process of "extrusion → tempering shaping → traction → cutting".
Dual Crawler Servo Traction Conveying System

Clamping & Conveying: Developed for cold push thick boards.Independent upper/lower servo drives (Inovance 0.85kW each); flexible clamping by silicone wear-resistant blocks (steel-lined) prevents scratches. Pneumatic clamping with adjustable pressure (valve + gauge) suits various bar sizes for stable conveying.
Frame & Speed: Screw-lift frame; lower center height 1050mm, opening 150mm, compatible with Φ5-300mm bars. Max speed 60mm/min, dual control (touchscreen/cabinet), linked with cutter.
Auxiliary Feeding System
100kg hot air dryer ensures moisture content meets standard; 100kg/h vacuum loader enables automatic continuous feeding with reduced manual intervention. Integrated compact design with low energy consumption and noise for better workshop environment.
Precision Fixed-Length Cutting & Automatic Stacking Unit

Precision Cutting & Auto-Stacking: Servo encoder ensures cutting length error within ±1mm; VFD-controlled saw motor with screw-lift cutting table supports boards up to 150mm thick, with chip tray. Cut boards are auto-conveyed to integrated stacking rack, reducing manual handling, boosting automation and labor savings.
